Our design and installation operations cover the West Midlands, Birmingham and Worcestershire.
Role:
Ø Trainee Field Sales Designer reporting to the Sales Manager.
Ø Working out of our Kidderminster and Worcester showrooms and also visiting potential customers in their homes throughout Worcestershire and the surrounding areas.
Ø You will be providing advice and demonstrating the various options and choices available through our bespoke design and pricing software.
Ø All appointments are fully qualified.
Candidates:
Ø We are looking for the right candidate who aspires to join our 5 Star sales operation, to be taught all the skills required.
Ø Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.
Ø The successful candidate must be IT literate and able to demonstrate a professional approach together with strong people skills.
Ø A self starter and ability to learn quickly is essential.
Ø Industry experience or similar would be beneficial but not essential.
Remuneration package:
Three-month training and induction program. Remuneration whilst training £15k basic plus car allowance. Upon successful completion you will have the choice to be either self employed or employed/ average earnings at £30k per annum. Driving licence essential.
