Job Position: Installation Manager – West Yorkshire & North West

The successful applicant will be fully responsible for the overseeing and management of orders from placement through to final installation and after sales service. The role requires high levels of customer service and managerial skills, to ensure all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved and the fittings of doors and windows are carried out to the required standard in a timely and efficient way.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Management of the process delivery & installation
• Carrying out various types of installations to a high standard.
• Allocating work to fit teams
• Managing construction / H&S queries and issues
• Managing customer payments and balances
• Scheduling service work
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Managing branch deliveries and stock control
• Ensuring H&S compliance
• Management reporting
• To ensure first-hand knowledge of each installation project

Essential skills

• Thorough knowledge of the industry, including installation projects management
• Technical installation knowledge and understanding of relevant building works controls and procedures
• Exceptional time management
• Strong cost and budget management experience
• Attention to detail with right first time ethos
• Effective results driven approach to performance management
