Job Position: Head Of Installer Network

Job Description:

Synseal Group is recruiting for an expert sales professional with experience working with showroom retailers to head up its installer network programme. Candidates will have experience operating in the fenestration industry, preferably with a background in sales and forging strong customer relationships between suppliers and customers. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with showroom retailers to promote Synseal’s brands and develop marketing packages together with Synseal’s in-house marketing team, which help customers to grow their businesses. You will need to be a self-starter with excellent people skills, and use your initiative to secure new business and explore opportunities to add value to existing customer relationships. The role will involve working closely with a number of teams including sales, technical support, credit control and the marketing department.
