Job Description:

Granada Glazing is a specialist bespoke aluminium secondary glazing supplier to both the trade and commercial sectors, part of a larger group incorporating Trent Valley Architectural Glazing and Granada Architectural Glazing. The business is well established and innovative wit= h a reputation for quality and service as well as excellent products it is profitable, growing and ambitious. The business is seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious leader as part of a planned succession. 

Role: Achieving agreed profitability and cash targets. Leading the ethical and customer focused strategy. Building on managing, motivating, educating and retaining a top preforming team. Creating a culture of continuous improvement and leading the development of processes. An entrepreneurial yet strategic approach to new markets, products and geographies. Working with other Group Companies to maximise opportunities and ensure shareholder value across the businesses.

Candidates:
An experienced business Leader and Educator with a track record of success 
A strong background in commercial contracting with building products preferably in aluminium fenestration or curtain walling selling to Architect’s Specifiers Contractors and directly to clients
Innovative, a lateral thinker able to spot new opportunities and seize them
Ability to understand contracts with ‘risk management’ ability.
Relationships builder with clients and throughout the sector
Passionate, resilient and competitive
Honest open and with a strong ethical approach
Hands on with attention to detail 
Commercially aware, profit driven

Remuneration package:
