Job Position: Aluminium Factory Coordinator

Job Description:

A Factory Coordinator is required for our factory premises in Exeter.

As Factory Coordinator you will be expected to: –

* Plan production schedules to ensure completion within set deadlines, update and advise on completions and assist with dispatch to customers.
* Motivate, train and supervise the factory team, whilst ensuring all health & safety requirements are met.
* Assist the factory team in the fabrication of windows and doors

The following experience is essential: –

* Fabrication of aluminium windows and doors
* Good organization and management skills
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

A qualification in Fenestration Fabrication or Management would be an advantage.
