Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager within the fenestration industry?
My client is a well-established supplier and installer of PVCu windows and doors into the New Build market. They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to be based from their offices in Gloucestershire.
As the Customer Service Manager you will be working alongside the Installation Manager, reporting to the Managing Director. Responsible for 3 admin personnel plus 4 service engineers and ultimately responsible for all Customer Service. The department is responsible for planning and programming all remedial works leading up to occupation then post occupation until warranties expire. The department also quotes plans and any chargeable works, seeing the process through until passed to accounts for invoicing. Regular updates/reports are required from builders regarding bookings and completing works, keeping accurate logs and files are essential.
Candidates applying for this role must be driven, able to work under pressure and be able to manage people. Candidates must also have the ability to talk to people at all levels from major house builders, Directors, labourers on site and occupiers of new homes. Previous experience working in the New Build and/or windows sector is ideal.
