The Role: Second in command to the operations director. Manage the Day to day running of the Installation teams, Surveyors and Service call department. Ensure that the install teams and surveyors are working at optimum. Perform meetings with Surveyors and installers. Manage performance of the above. Perform surveys and process orders to meet the needs of the business. Liaise with Suppliers to rectify issues. Perform site Quality and H and S inspections.
Responsibilities: Ensure installation department meets Weekly, Monthly and Annual targets. Ensure Operational processes are followed. Ensure Service calls are kept to a minimum. Investigate and discipline Poor performance. Manage customer complaints and facilitate resolution. Training and development of installers and Surveyors.
The Person: Will have Surveying knowledge and experience. Will have installation Knowledge and experience. Will be able to manage employees. Will be able to manage customers and their expectations. Will be able to manage conflict. Will be able to develop and grow the company. Will be all-round good with people and able to get the best out of individuals.
