Our client provide software solutions to the glazing industry and they wish to appoint a driven Sales Manager to grow their presence within the UK. With a wide range of solutions that can be tailored to reflect each client’s needs the role will include generating initial interest through marketing and cold-calling, organising visits to determine need and demonstrate the capabilities of the software and negotiating and closing sales. The target market will be window and door manufacturing and installation businesses of all sizes and you will be based from home managing your own diary.
You will need to have previous B2B sales experience and be familiar with the demands and challenges that window and door companies face. You will need to be a confident communicator who is able to carry out solution based sales and with a good level of IT proficiency. A passion for systems and the way in which they interact with the manufacturing and installation process would also be advantageous. Training on the systems will be provided but you must be comfortable working by yourself from home and developing new business in line with agreed targets.
This is a full-time salaried role with a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission scheme. The company is well-established and their software has been designed specifically to cater for the needs of glazing manufacturers.
