A nationwide uPVC window and door manufacturer with a strong reputation within the Social Housing and Local Authority sector is looking to appoint an additional Contracts Manager to run multiple contracts and projects across the South West of England.
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for co-ordinating your site teams to ensure the timely, safe and profitable delivery of window and door replacement projects, taking contracts from pre-site through to successful hand-over. You be will working closely with the manufacturing department to co-ordinate the delivery of products and materials, ensuring that sites are resourced correctly including the use of sub-contract labour and liaising regularly with clients on progress.
Applicants must be able to control multiple sites simultaneously, have a good understanding of commercial glazing contracts and an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
