A major manufacturer and supplier of quality uPVC window and door products has a vacancy for a Trade Sales Manager to cover Essex and the surrounding area. You will be responsible for supporting local Branches by driving sales via their existing customer base whilst also creating and developing new sustainable business. This will include generating your own leads and following these up with appointments to demonstrate the company’s full product range, negotiating prices and closing sales. You will be working closely with the branches on the delivery of orders and ensuring an excellent level of customer care throughout. You will be managing your own diary whilst ensuring that all leads and enquiries are logged and dealt with in a timely and effective manner including the delivery of quotes. You will be expected to use the company’s CRM system and provide sales information and reporting on a regular basis.
Candidates must have experience in the fenestration industry and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will have excellent listening and communication skills and be able to drive the sales process from start to finish. Candidates must have strong uPVC glazing product knowledge, be aware of market trends and have competitor awareness. You should have good IT skills and a full UK driving licence. The role will require a self-motivated and organised individual who has a passion for delivering sales and who can work as a part of a branch team to deliver on customer service levels.
