An eco-conscious, multi-award winning manufacturer has an opening for a Sales Administrator to join their team to support their sales functions.
The successful candidate will be based in the Middlesex office to provide general administrative functions as well as support in the processing of orders and will be the point of contact for all public sales enquiries. This will include face to face, e-mail and telephone communications, ensuring that all contact is logged and dealt with in an effective and timely manner.
The role will involve using the company’s database along with specialist glazing processing software. In addition, you will help with follow up on quotations and advise on the company’s products and services.
This position will suit an organised, task orientated person who likes to see things through to completion. You will need good general IT skills, smartly presented and a confident communicator who is passionate about providing excellent customer care.
There will be training on the software systems and company products so is it essential that candidates are willing to learn new skills. Current knowledge of double glazing products and experience of using Business Micros or Windows Designer software would be a considerable advantage. Candidates must be detail conscious, able to multi-task and have an aptitude for interpreting technical information.
