Job Description:

PERMANENT REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE – LEICESTERSHIRE – 25-30K basic, excellent OTE + company car

• Although not contracted, shut down as Christmas with no holiday entitlement taken out.
• In addition to a great basic salary, uncapped earning potential on ALL sales plus company car

Queens award winning company, our client is looking for an inspirational individual with an infectious personality but then if you are a good salesperson that will be a natural anyway. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an ever growing organisation and there is already leads and previous customer information that you can tap into so this part should be relatively easy in terms of sales conversion.

You will be based in and around the Leicestershire area but you have the freedom to cover anywhere in the UK/Ireland, there are no restrictions here. You will be required to have a weekly onsite team meeting but apart from that the week is yours to fill with business needs.

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

• Contacting leads/previous customers to arrange visits with the potential to sell products
• This is a growing local area so you will be required to review organisations moving in and target accordingly.
• Agree with MD targets and review on a regular basis
• Engage with contacts whilst growing the business and ensuring that you adhere to com-pany ethics
• Present and demonstrate benefits of product whilst acknowledging the need
• Complete and document visit reports and liaise with office on any required information

• Consistent sales history
• Ability to converse at all levels with a persuasive manner
• Self-motivated with the want to achieve
• Entrepreneurial with excellent listening skills
• Team player
• Smart presentation skills
