A manufacturer and installer of PVCu windows and doors to some of the UK’s major house builders in the Midlands, South West and Wales regions, is recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant based at their Tewkesbury Office.
The successful candidate will join a small customer service team, in a friendly office and will report to the Customer Service Manager. Duties will include but not be limited to booking in any required service work, maintaining/updating databases and general administration duties. You will be required to providing a high level of customer service and any other duties requested by the Customer Service Manager.
Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills, good attention to detail with an understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You must be able to prioritise your workload with a good teamwork ethic. Ideally applicants will have experience within the windows, doors and glazing industry.
