Job Position: Key Account Manager

We have exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager covering the Midlands and South West England. The role will involve working closely with the company’s existing customers and strategic partners to maximise sales and further strengthen already excellent working relationships. This will include keeping up-to-date on market trends and products to ensure that the company stays ahead of the curve and ensuring that your customers are aware of the company’s latest and up-and-coming product ranges. You will be working closely on marketing plans and implementing strategies to improve logistic and customer service offerings. An important part of your role will be to ensure that all information is recorded and communicated effectively to customers, third parties and internal stakeholders and making sure that strategic partnership agreements are executed to plan. Your role will include frequent visits to customer’s premises as well as telephone and e-mail correspondence and will report into the company’s National Sales Manager.
The successful person will need to have a track record in B2B sales and should ideally be familiar with selling into window and door manufacturers and hardware distributors. In addition, all applicants should have product knowledge of window & door hardware, good reporting and IT skills, be able to see the bigger picture and have strategic sales skills. The role will be home based with frequent travel throughout your area and comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.
