Client:
Our client is a growing profitable business with significant opportunity marketing and selling highly desirable home improvement products through dealer/installers to the retail market. Set for growth, an ambitious hard working and fast paced environment that rewards top performance. 

Role:
To lead the Business Acquisition, Strategy and Marketing functions ‘hands on working through dedicated sales and marketing teams who are highly experienced in the product and traditional route to market. To develop winning strategies and utilise world class marketing techniques in order to develop sales for dealers from homeowners and to develop a compelling proposition for dealers that fit the ethical and high-quality standards of the business itself and so building unbreakable partnerships. To build a Dealer Network and manage dealer relationships through dedicated Customer Service and Field Sales Teams and to ensure that the brand is protected and developed so maximising sales and margin for the business but also for dealers. The successful candidate will have a strong MARKETING LEADERSHIP background and experience and be able to lead and deliver winning marketing initiatives not necessarily within home improvements but with experience of B2B and B2C environments. This role forms part of the senior management team in the business and the Marketing Director will be expected to take a strong part in developing and executing a winning strategy

Candidates may come from a wide range of backgrounds in the manufacturing, electronics, building products or other sectors that have relationships in both B2B and through that B2C sales

Remuneration package:
