Job Position: Order Processor
My client are an installer of commercial aluminium glazing products based in North West who are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Office Team Member to interact with customers and offer an attentive, knowledgeable service.
The role will include communicating with customers via phone and email, processing orders, quotations and ordering ancillary items from suppliers. Other duties will include organising material for production, dealing with complaints and queries, arranging deliveries and double checking work and invoices. You will be required to ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will support managers and team members through a variety of tasks related to the organisation.
Applicants applying for this role must be computer literate ideally with the knowledge of programmes such as Window Designer and Logikal. Previous experience within the window and door industry would be beneficial. You must have the ability to work under pressure with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent customer service skills.
