A market leader of architectural aluminium products for the fenestration industry has an exciting opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic National Sales Manager to join their team.
Applicants will need to be an experienced Sales Manager, who has successfully managed a sales focussed team and has sold and promoted a range of aluminium profiles and unique designs into fabricators who produce glazing products. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to fully understand all relevant company products, to advise and demonstrate assembly and fabrication of all products especially those identified as key to the trade and retail offering.
You will be responsible for the efficient management of the existing sales team, monitoring weekly plans, reporting procedures, motivating and training. You must produce accurate and on time reporting to the Sales Director along with monthly sales forecasts for your sales team. The purpose of the role is to drive business and build up the fabricator network division and maximise turnover by developing existing customers, prospecting and securing new customers whilst motivating and leading the existing sales force.
The successful candidate must possess strong leadership qualities and it is essential that you come from a background in sales and have experience in the aluminium fenestration industry or selling fenestration products into fabricators.
