Job Position: Aluminium Order Processor/Administrator

Job Description:

As a member of the Majestic Window Designs Ltd team you will support the day to day running of our Aluminium production order processing, by preparing estimates for high end aluminium window and door systems

Your duties will include

• Building quotations effectively, efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining and tracking information on all quotations
• Assisting with the preparation of designs and production documentation for manufacturing
• Managing customers’ enquiries via telephone and e-mail, providing advice and information on product options and variations
• Electronic and hard copy file management using in house systems
• Assisting other members of the team and undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required

The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of the aluminium window and door industry. Previous experience within a Production Administration environment would be beneficial
IT and PC competence in window and door design software and Microsoft Office is required
Experience of Smart Architectural Aluminium Systems and Smart Systems V6 Software would be desirable
You will understand and have the ability to interpret technical drawings, and possess a strong attention to detail
You must be highly organised and able to prioritise, plan, and manage several key issues concurrently, and have good communication skills at all levels
