Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Description:

Shire Doors Ltd – A specialist supplier & installer of quality architectural aluminium Windows, Doors & Roof Systems with Branches in Shipley, West Yorkshire and Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Due to high demand for our high quality products we are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our expanding company.

The role consists of;

Managing the process from sale to installation of our quality Architectural Aluminium products to both domestic and small commercial clients.
Liaising with the, Sales Manager, and Surveyor to ensure the seamless delivery of our projects to our demanding clients.
Preparation and implementation of RAMS and HSE paperwork
The responsibility for the hiring and training of fitting staff.
To monitor and assess existing processes and analysing their effectiveness and creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
Reporting to the Managing Director on performance
Managing operations administration staff
Managing the installation schedule
dealing with installation/service issues
Skills and experience:

We are looking for candidates with the right attitude and ability to work on own initiative to provide top quality service to our demanding clients. Experience in the fenestration industry is essential and within a company supplying and installing high quality Aluminium doors, windows and architectural aluminium systems.

You must be confident with computerised systems and understand the importance of good record keeping on our CRM system.
