Things may well be moving with the MASCO UK Window Group story. Details on Companies House this morning show that the company has formally changed it’s company name to UK Window Group. You can find that information here.

MASCO name removed

According to the documents filed with Companies House, the company is now simply the UK Window Group, with the name MASCO now removed. This was listed today.

A day before, on 10th September, a document was filed stating that Masco Corporation Limited (a US based company) was no longer a person of significant control as of September 6th. Two other documents state that a Paul McGowan and Inca Lockhart-Ross were now involved with the business. A bit of Googling will lead you to who they work for.

There is no word yet from any of the parties involved either on their websites or social media channels, and nothing yet via press release. I did receive an email from a source yesterday evening, which does seem to tie in with the movements of the company that can been seen via Companies House documents. But there’s nothing official yet from any of the parties.

I shall update this article once more information becomes available.
