Job Position: Qualified Window Installer

Job Description:

Spectrum supply and install high-end composite windows and doors from Germany, Austria and Denmark. We mostly install in large extensions and self-build houses but also some replacement windows. We also install aluminium conservatories.
We are looking for an experienced, hard-working window and door installer that is capable of working on their own initiative and whose work matches the premium products we sell. This is a permanent position, we are not looking for a sub-contractor. You will likely have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in fitting windows in residential properties.
The ideal candidate should have a full clean driving licence (3 points considered), be punctual and have a friendly, communicative manner with customers. You will probably have an NVQ level 2 or above in fenestration installation or a valid MTC certificate and extensive experience in the residential sector rather than the commercial sector.
You need to be an efficient and tidy worker as we set high standards.
Although we are midlands based, some of our projects are in other parts of the country which can mean staying away during the week. You will need to be flexible as there may be some early starts or late finishes.
