Job Position: Business Development Manager (Southern Region)
Stevenswood have an opportunity for an accomplished field sales professional to join as a Business Development Manager to further develop our sales across our Southern region branch network.
Business Development Manager:
Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with the branch operations teams in the Southern region (that encompasses Bristol to Sussex to Birmingham), you will provide the sales expertise and field-based impetus to help deliver profitable sales growth for our branches. You will;
Approach identified and targeted potential customers to build relationships, introduce our fantastic product range and service offering, in order to increase the customer base and sales Lead on developing sales opportunities with existing key accounts – maximising customer spend by increasing the product ranges Stevenswood supply, reducing duel sourcing Support and help develop the branch led sales activity A field-based role with extensive travel where you will work across our branch network and visit potential customers within the Southern region
What we are looking for:
Strong product knowledge of uPVC Windows and doors and a demonstrable track record of field based sales development success is essential Commerciality, drive, the passion to achieve and genuine customer focus First class communication and people skills – you will be able to easily connect with and engage customers using your approachable and consultative approach Comfortable with travel across a large geographical area (the region’s perimeters are Bristol to East Sussex to Reading and up to Birmingham) You may have experience of the following: BDM, Regional Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Area Sales Representative, Area Manager etc
