Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a family run windows and doors business who have been successfully trading for over 3 decades. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Accounts/Financial Coordinator.

The role:

  • Overseeing all ledgers
  • Overseeing all Sage entries to ensure complete and accurate information in order to produce monthly/annual management accounts
  • Reconciling all key balance sheet accounts
  • Provision of daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • VAT reporting and payments
  • Certain contracts management
  • Ad hoc support
  • Oversee payroll and purchase ledger responsibilities to cover annual leave/sickness

The candidate:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within an accountancy role (Required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Excellent computer skills
