Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a successful window, door and cladding business based in Hampshire. Due to expansion and a very busy order book they wish to appoint a Contract Administrator to join the team.
The right candidate will have an administrative background and experience working with the system ‘Admin Base’.
The role:
- Updating and recording information on Admin Base
- Helping to administer the successful running of Housing Association Window & Door Contracts
- Booking in surveyors to attend jobs
- Processing orders
- Working hours are either 7-4pm or 8-5pm Mon to Friday
The candidate:
- Have previous or current experience as an administrator
- Experience working within the window and door industry is desired
- Be able to use the system Admin Base is essential
- Work within a team and manage own workload
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Must currently reside in the UK
