Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a successful window, door and cladding business based in Hampshire. Due to expansion and a very busy order book they wish to appoint a Contract Administrator to join the team.
The right candidate will have an administrative background and experience working with the system ‘Admin Base’.

The role:

  • Updating and recording information on Admin Base
  • Helping to administer the successful running of Housing Association Window & Door Contracts
  • Booking in surveyors to attend jobs
  • Processing orders
  • Working hours are either 7-4pm or 8-5pm Mon to Friday

The candidate:

  • Have previous or current experience as an administrator
  • Experience working within the window and door industry is desired
  • Be able to use the system Admin Base is essential
  • Work within a team and manage own workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Must currently reside in the UK
