Trading for over 20 years, we are a UK based Company which has firmly established itself as a prominent market player in the Doors and Glazing industry. We now require a general administrator to work as part of our busy Sales & Operations team.

Role purpose:

To work as part of the busy Sales Operations team covering various tasks to include; dealing with enquiries, processing orders and quote, preparation of dispatch documentation and being involved in Marketing the Company via social media channels. There is also the potential for the successful candidate to progress into a Sales Executive position and/or become more involved in commercial Marketing activities.

Key duties and responsibilities

First point of contact for all customer sales queries via email, telephone and in person
Monitoring and following up on outstanding customer orders
Maintaining and updating the Company’s marketing materials through social media channels
Liaise with other departments on any issues arising as necessary.
Managing and maintaining the company systems and databases
As part of a team, cover variety of administration tasks and duties.
Any other administration related responsibilities that may arise in line with business requirements
Key requirements

Will be confident in being part of a team where accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness are all critical.
Conscientious, customer focused and able to prioritise workloads.
Show initiative & flexibility, and be able to work with minimum supervision after suitable training.
To be able to work proactively as part of a team
Good communication skills, with strong English (both verbal and written) are essential.
Must be IT competent
Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
Working Hours:

· 5 days per week on rota including some Saturday’s

· 8.30am – 5.00pm
