Business Development Manager – MM3218

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well know window and door business based in Wellingborough. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover the North England and Scotland area, to trade with customers within the window and door industry. The right candidate will have previous or current experience within a sales or BDM role within the window and door industry.

The role:

• Maintain and nurture existing customers and growing the turnover and profitability of the business within the sales territory.
• Increasing sales activity.
• Territory management and growth.
• Working with the company CRM system and ensuring it is managed effectively for your customers.
• Working with customers to review their needs and how we can support them to achieve their business goals.
• Giving product and legislative advice/guidance to customers as and when needed.
• Liaising with marketing on product/technical information for our marketing communications.
• Support North West Showroom and trade sales where required.

The candidate:

• Current or previous experience within a sales or BDM role within the window and door industry
• Extremely organized
• Excellent customer service skills
• Forward thinking and sales driven
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Must currently reside in the UK

*This role requires regular travel between sites*
