Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with a market leading manufacturer and supplier of silicones, sealants, foams, adhesives and other building products used within the construction and building industry.
Our client, currently have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Manager to develop sales and promote their range of products within the commercial glazing market, targeting fabricators, installers, main contractors, home builders and façade contractors. The role is a combined role, managing existing accounts whilst developing new sales and building new channels.
The successful candidate will attend exhibitions, trade fairs and other customer events in a technical and practical capacity. You will also arrange and attend meetings with relevant construction industry stakeholders for example certification bodies and architects.
This position will suit someone who has an excellent level of sales experience working within in the commercial glazing market, with experience of new build, main contractors, façade and cladding installers. Have great technical skills and being able to interpret architectural documents/drawings will be highly advantageous as would being able to develop sales through specification, back selling and use of lead generation databases.
A full driving licence is required as you must be prepared to travel nationally with potential for overnight stays away from home. You will also be expected to attend regular meetings at the Head Office in Tamworth.
