Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-established window and door business, who are looking to employ an experienced Customer Care Manager that has experience working within the window and door industry. They are looking for someone to join their existing customer care team, so you will need to be able to work within a team.You will effectively handle inbound contacts from house builders and property owners to resolve issues that are identified whilst the windows and doors remain under warranty.
- Organise repairs and remediation to new build and owner-occupied plots after our windows & doors have been fitted
- Identify issues which need attention
- Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them
- Order appropriate replacement parts
- Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property to make repairs
- Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a customer care role in the window and door industry
- Have good organisation and communication skills
- Be able to manage own workload
- Be IT literate
