Core Purpose:As a member of the Ashton Trade Counter team, you will be working in a varied role. You will need to have a friendly and welcoming manner, with great customer service skills. Good administration skills and keeping on top of paperwork/orders/chasing queries is essential. Assisting in the day to day running of the trade counter, warehousing, quoting and order processing the majority of the work will be administration and customer service focused.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
To quote effectively, efficiently and accurately and to check own work before sending out to the client to confirm.

Involves accurately and competently taking customer orders via telephone, answering machine and email and processing them through the computer system.
Administration of sales order processing in line with the company procedure, to include; Taking and Processing of sales orders.
Electronic and hard copy file management.
To communicate well with customers and show a high standard of customer service. Dealing with customer queries effectively & efficiently
To be able to manage own workload and support rest of the team, to ensure all work is carried out in a timely manner.
General warehouse work.
Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required to support the team
