Branch Operations Manager

ROLE:     Branch Operations Manager
HOURS: 40 per Week – Permanent Role

We are looking for talented, driven and focused Trade management professional who possess extensive knowledge and comprehensive understanding of wholesale and the distribution of trade products.
This is a field based role covering branches within the South Coast region (Bracknell, Bognor, Basingstoke, Camberley, Chicester, Fareham, Hedge End, Portsmouth, Reading, Abingdon, Andover, Blandford, Christchurch, Isle of Wight / Newport, Newbury, Poole, Bournemouth, Salisbury, Southampton.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?:

Support Branches to achieve their budgets and targets
Assist with stepping into various branch roles
Support with stock management, cost control, health and safety and merchandising initiatives
Assist the teams to develop the business and deliver sales and profit
Support the branch teams with training and coaching
Support the development and implementation of strategies across the region

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

A strong track record in successfully working in and running branches is essential
Excellent people management, rapport building and communication skills are critical to be able to successfully support the teams within your region
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, proactive in approach and have great commercial acumen
A confident IT user & a valid driving licence is essential
