Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with well-established, family run, windows and doors business who have successfully been trading for 25 years. They are currently looking to employ an in-house HR Manager on a permanent basis in Leicestershire.
- Work closely with the department heads
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources including time-off management, onboarding/off-boarding, helping with performance review and employee data management.
- Must be CIPD Qualified
- Have current/ previous experience being a HR Manager
- Be able to manage own workload
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
- Be able to problem solve
- Supportive and a team player
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
