Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with well-established, family run, windows and doors business who have successfully been trading for 25 years. They are currently looking to employ an in-house HR Manager on a permanent basis in Leicestershire.

The role:

  • Work closely with the department heads
  • Manage all aspects of Human Resources including time-off management, onboarding/off-boarding, helping with performance review and employee data management.

The candidate:

  • Must be CIPD Qualified
  • Have current/ previous experience being a HR Manager
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Be able to problem solve
  • Supportive and a team player
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
