Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a windows and doors Installation Coordinator, to work for a successful windows and doors installations company. The candidate must have a background within fenestration or the wider home improvement to be successful.

The role:

  • Liaising with customers via phone and face to face
  • Check stock has arrived in time for installation
  • Booking in installation dates, liaising with the fitting teams, and ensuring that all resources are planned correctly
  • Manage the installation diary
  • Making sure the CRM system is kept up to date

The candidate:

  • Have previous experience within a fenestration / home improvement industry
  • Excellent coordination, planning and organisation skills
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Fantastic customer service skills
