Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a windows and doors Installation Coordinator, to work for a successful windows and doors installations company. The candidate must have a background within fenestration or the wider home improvement to be successful.
- Liaising with customers via phone and face to face
- Check stock has arrived in time for installation
- Booking in installation dates, liaising with the fitting teams, and ensuring that all resources are planned correctly
- Manage the installation diary
- Making sure the CRM system is kept up to date
- Have previous experience within a fenestration / home improvement industry
- Excellent coordination, planning and organisation skills
- Be able to manage own workload
- Fantastic customer service skills
