Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a busy, family run double glazing business who are looking to recruit an experienced Fenestration Installations Manager to join their team. The right candidate will have current/previous experience as an installations manager within the fenestration/window and doors sector.

The role:

  • Ensure that every installation runs smoothly and safely, taking ownership of the process and ensuring that customers receive a top-class service.
  • Ensure installations are correctly resourced with labour and materials
  • Prepare work programmes, efficient systems of work
  • Products are made to the correct specifications (including building regulations), and are technically sound to minimise aftersales work
  • Take responsibility for fitting teams and react quickly and effectively to resolve problems

The candidate:

  • Have current/previous experience as an installations manager within the window and door sector
  • Must have thorough understanding of FENSA and Building Regulations
  • Be able to manage several teams
  • Have good technical experience within fenestration
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Have a UK driving licence
  • Must currently reside in the UK

This role includes a work vehicle and fuel card.
