Chase Taylor Recruitment are recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager to join a market leading installer of temporary to permanent partitions and screens used within the construction sector.
They supply and install part-height and floor-to-ceiling partitions and screens to existing industrial, commercial buildings and new build projects. Such partitions offer solutions to issues such as temperature, cross-contamination, fire resistance, sound reduction and additional space.
This position encompasses all parts of the sales process, providing a central internal point of contact to the fit-out sales team, and collaboratively contributing towards the team target.Responsibilities will include taking incoming enquiries, preparing quotations, following up quotations, responding to customer queries, updating the CRM and conducting other tasks on behalf of external sales people.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take & qualify incoming leads over the telephone
- Understand the needs of the customer & provide a fit for purpose solution
- Prepare quotations and send to customers
- Manage the sales team inbox and ensure quick response times
- Maximise upsell & cross-sell
- Follow up opportunities & close orders
- Provide support to external Account Managers as required
- Outbound telemarketing calls to generate new business
- Ensure the accuracy of information used within the CRM system
- Handover accurate & detailed information to Operations for won opportunities
- Respond to customer requests and queries in a timely manner
- Overall ensure excellent customer response throughout the sales process
- Timely & effective use of company literature to drive the sale
- Post project follow-up calls to ascertain new opportunities
This is a full-time permanent position working from the head offices in Stafford. Working hours are Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am – 3.30pm.
