Senior Production Supervisor

Established in 1970, John Fredericks Plastics Ltd is a market leader in the production of PVCu windows and doors. As a result of our continued success, we are looking for a Senior Production Supervisor.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager and working alongside the Production Management team, we require a self-motivated individual to lead areas of production in maintaining quality and performance, whilst ensuring all daily and weekly targets are met in a safe working environment.

We expect leadership and direction in order to meet targets and customer requirements/demands and therefore you must have experience of leading a production team. The position is fast paced and hands on, so visible and vocal presence on the factory floor is essential.

Whilst the position is salaried we would expect a certain amount of overtime as and when needed to support the business in busy periods. In return we offer a competitive salary in an exciting and progressive Company.

Experience of working within this industry would be advantageous.
