MacGregor Recruitment are working with a successful and expanding window & door supplier to trade company, who are looking to recruit a Branch Manager to lead their established trade counter branch based in Bridgwater.

Assistant Managers looking for a career opportunity will be considered as well as experienced Managers.

 

Branch Manager Role:

  • You will lead a team of 3 and ensure that your trade customers receive a first class service!
  • Build strong relationships with trade customers, answering queries and resolving issues as required
  • Quoting and order processing of windows, doors and plastics
  • Developing business opportunities and growing your branch through strong service delivery

Skills & Experience:

  • uPVC window product knowledge is highly desirable but not essential
  • People management experience is an advantage
  • Strong people and communication skills, able to connect well with trade customers
  • The successful candidate will be a team player, self motivated and have high attention to detail skills
  • A confident IT user
