Marketing Manager – MM3185

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a very successful window and door business based in Hampshire. They are looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager who has a background within Fenestration/Windows and doors or home improvement.

The right candidate will oversee and implement all marketing and brand health. This is a diverse and hands-on role, from planning social media campaigns and organising events, to working with digital design & SEO agencies, analysing trends to feed into future marketing and community outreach marketing. The successful candidate will have opportunity to develop the role and make it their own.

The role:

• Manage and approve the creative development of all promotional materials – on and offline. Examples include website content, product brochures, print/digital advertisements, and email campaigns
• Run the company’s social media accounts – including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
• Execute, manage, and maintain PR for product/event launches. This includes drafting press releases, editorials, and advertorials, and liaising with the trade/consumer press to secure PR and distribute coverage.
• Report progress on campaign and use collected data and other feedback to adjust and shape the campaigns.
• Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form new marketing strategies and tactics.
• Build a marketing 3 year plan plus 1 year budget
• Manage and support marketing team.

The candidate:

• Must have a marketing background within the Fenestration or home improvement sectors
• Have project management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have a creative flare, and forward thinking
• Experience managing and supporting a team
• Be fluent with Microsoft office and Adobe design packages.
