Our client is an established, well respected business with many years’ experience in the fenestration industry. They have their own state of the art factory on site that precision manufactures uPVC windows, bi-folding, patio and french doors along other home improvement glazing products.
Their trade sales division are now recruiting for a Trades Sales Manager to be based in the North of England targeting the installer network, construction companies and sole traders within the industry. The regions covered will include East, South, North and West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire.
The right candidate will have the proven ability to work to targets, hit deadlines by utilising all tools at their disposal, promote the company to increase new business whilst retaining and managing existing well-established customers.
They are looking for a hardworking, problem solver with a positive attitude. You must be organised and methodical and able to liaise with both our suppliers and in house teams to deliver the very best service to our customers.
A full and valid driving license is essential as is a consistent track record of field-based business development success. Experience is required within a similar trade sales role in a glazing or uPVC environment. The successful candidate must also have commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins.
