Operations Manager – MM3039

Chase Taylor Recruitment have a great opportunity to join a leading West Midlands based, fabricator of uPVC / Aluminium Windows & Doors as an Operations Manager.

Being in operations, this role will need a versatile candidate who has experience working as part of a larger team covering production, logistics, sales and processing to ensure the continued quality and delivery of products to customers.

• Working closely with the production, distribution, warehouse, quality, health & safety, processing & customer service teams
• Knowledge of 5s & lean processes and being able to support/lead role out of new procedures
• Supporting the compliance & health & safety team in identifying & resolving any concerns raised
• Help logistics manage & maintain current vehicle fleet
• Overall support of the companies main KPI’s and output targets

This role would suit a candidate that has direct experience within the Window and Door / Fenestration industry as product knowledge is a must to be successful in this position. Someone who works well within a wider team and being able to delegate responsibilities to the correct area of the business to ensure the smooth and repeat ordering from their customer base.

What’s on offer:

• A basic salary of up to £45k, plus a performance related bonus based on metrics
