Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a well-established, family run, windows and door business based in Stafford. This business has been trading since 1977. We are looking for a candidate who has a background in Fenestration/ Windows and Doors and has recent experience in order processing.
- 1st look at surveys, input ready to be checked and process job orders.
- Stock Orders/ checks
- Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
- Assist with Trade processing
- Placing orders for the Service dept.
- Chasing late/ missing deliveries
- Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
- On- boarding new suppliers
- Work with Finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
- Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
- Assist with Admin duties as required around the contract flow from start to finish
- Training in all aspects from product knowledge to system training will be given
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Moving forward this role will capture all aspects of purchasing for the company, with opportunities to move into different areas, which will be discussed at reviews.
