Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working a well-established window and doors business in Northamptonshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced window and door order processor to join their team. The right candidate will have current or previous experience order processing upvc/aluminium windows and doors.

The role:

  • 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
  • Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
  • Placing orders on window and door software
  • Gathering information for quotes for jobs
  • Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
  • Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
  • Assist with admin duties as required
  • Provide excellent customer service

The candidate:

  • Must have current/recent experience order processing windows and doors
  • Experience using order processing software such as Window Designer/LogiKal/Business Micros
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Must currently reside in the UK
  • Have excellent customer service skills
