Order Processor – MM3321

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a window and door manufacturers who are looking to recruit an experienced order processor. The right candidate will have current or previous experience of order processing windows and doors and using software such as, Window Designer, Evolution or similar order processing software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to trade customers and assisting them with queries and issues to ensure a high quality of customer service.

The role:

• Answering telephone calls and greeting customers.
• Building customer relations and rapport.
• Providing customer support by assisting customers with any queries/issues they have on a daily basis. This includes inquiries about products, orders, returns, complaints and deliveries.
• Assisting with all aspects of the order process; from the quotation to the after sales.
• Logging and following up non-conformances.
• Using in-house computer software systems.
• Other duties the Company may reasonably require.

The candidate:

• Must have experience using either Window Designer, Evolution or other order processing systems
• Be computer literate
• Confident and outgoing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage own workload
• Good communication and customer service experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Must currently reside in the UK
