Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well-known window and door manufacturer who are looking to recruit an experienced order processor who has experience within the fenestration/ window and door industry.

The role:

  • 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed
  • Getting quotes from suppliers for stock
  • Placing orders
  • Gathering information for quotes for jobs
  • Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects
  • Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time
  • Assist with admin duties as required
  • Provide excellent customer service

The candidate:

  • Have current/previous experience order processing windows and doors
  • Have experience using order processing software such as, Window Designer, Logikal, Business Micros, Evolutions
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Have impeccable attention to detail
  • Must currently reside in the UK
