Order Processor – MM3330

Chase Taylor Recruitment is working with a leading manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors into the trade, new build and social housing sectors who have an exceptional reputation in the industry. They are now excited to announce they are expanding and recruiting an Order Processor to join their team.

The main responsibility is to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.

Other duties also include:

• Placing orders using Window Designer and bespoke in-house software packages.
• Dealing with customers over the telephone.
• Offering advice and technical support on, products orders and measurements.
• Building customer relationships both internally and externally.
• Ensuring all bought in materials are ordered accurately and are ready in time.
• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers.
• Ensuring a proactive, professional and efficient customer service provision.

This position requires flexibility within a fast paced environment so it is essential you have excellent organisation and administration skills. Knowledge of glazing industry specific software Window Designer is essential.
