You’ll be based in the Stevenage office and will join a friendly and supportive team.
Role and Responsibilities of the Salesperson:
- Managing the sales process, ensuring delivery of high-quality customer service whilst building excellent relationships with your customer base
- Follow up on enquiries and carry out site visits
- Prospecting and developing self-generated sales enquiries
- Having good knowledge of the full range of products and services offered by the company
- Negotiating with customers and closing sales to achieve sales targets
- Updating the quotation system and processing customer orders
- Work with managing director on marketing business development strategies and activities
- Reporting to company directors on sales progress and key performance indicators.
Experience and skills of the salesperson:
- Good knowledge of the double-glazing industry
- Driven by targets and financial incentives
- A valid driving licence is essential
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues effectively at all levels
The successful candidate will benefit from a strong package made up of retainer and & a high commission structure
- Realistic OTE of £60,000 – £70,000 per year
