Conservatory roof specialist with quotation experience and excellent customer service skills?

Stevenswood are a supplier to trade of uPVC and aluminium windows, doors & conservatories with 25 branches across the UK and big expansion plans for 2022. Due to increasing demand we are looking to appoint a Conservatory Roof Specialist who will offer specialist support to our customers specifically for our excellent conservatory roof product offering, ensuring that they receive a first-class service from start to finish of the sales process.

The role can be based at any of our nationwide Trade Counters and we can also accommodate home working.

The Role:

To respond to customer enquiries and potential sales opportunities generated from our branch network & business development sales teams, making contact and owning the customer journey from quotation to product delivery/collection.
Clarify the customers technical requirements in order to design and produce accurate quotations, answer any queries and process the order.
Ensure that customers are kept updated regarding orders, quotes and promotions, assisting with enquiries and problem solving as required to ensure a great customer experience.
You will be part of a specialist team incorporating our newly formed Conservatory Roof team supporting colleagues with customer enquiries as required.
To support company growth through periodical outbound contact with existing and lapsed customers to raise awareness of our services and promotions.

Skills and Experience:

Specific conservatory roof product knowledge and experience of designing or processing conservatory roof quotations is highly desirable.
Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport and strong business relationships with trade customers is essential.
The ability to work well in a small team and deliver great customer service – finding solutions and thinking on your feet is essential.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail skills, and have the confidence to liaise with customers by telephone.
A confident IT user (MS Office) – window designer, CAD or similar
Previous experience might include: Conservatory Roof Processor, Sales Order Processor, Estimator for example.
