Technical Support Manager – MM3318

Our client, a well-respected manufacturer and supplier of components and accessories into the fenestration industry have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Manager to join their existing team.

Candidates must come from a fenestration hardware background and have experience producing technical support literature and supporting internal and external clients, including fabricators. Experience of product testing, producing quotes and product training is required.

Based out of their West Midlands office you will be heavily involved with the Design Team, helping to produce new products and enhance existing products to find solutions to increase sales and maintain and enhance their current position within the industry. You will also be expected to travel and visit fabricators and other customer facilities where you will carry out demonstrations of the company’s products, evaluate product suitability and help identify a suitable solution in the shortest time possible. Working with accredited bodies will also fall within your remit so previous experience would be an advantage.
