Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for a telesales executive to join a successful window and door hardware business based in West Yorkshire.

The role:

  • To promote the sale of all products and services to both existing and new customers and accurately record all information, to give customers excellent service at all times
  • To achieve set sales targets and to maintain and increase the customer base by liaising closely with Field Sales Team Members
  • Process Customer Orders
  • To work in conjunction with the Technical department to maximise business potential
  • To maintain up to date records covering in detail all customers and prospects and the current negotiation situations.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing liaison with the relevant departments when necessary
  • Work towards KPIs

The candidate:

  • Have some knowledge of the window and doors industry
  • Have experience within a sales environment
  • Be forward thinking and sales driven
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Must currently reside in the UK
