Office Manager (UPVC Windows and Doors)

Total Window Services Ltd is a Hull based UPVC window and door fabricator and installer and we are looking to recruit an experienced office manager to help grow our business into the real potential it has.

Experience of managing an office in this industry is preferred, as is working knowledge of the Evolution fenestration software, however, applications will be considered from suitable individuals who have proven experience of running a busy office in other work environments.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, excellent with IT (Excel and Outlook), has first-class interpersonal skills and is commercially astute. Due to the nature of the industry, applicants must be able to work well under pressure, be adaptable and be able to handle a variety of tasks at the same time. We are looking for a team player, someone who doesn’t mind doing the menial tasks as well as making key decisions.

The role will involve interaction with colleagues and customers, making sure all orders are processed in an efficient manner. Providing excellent customer service will be an important part of this role so we require somebody who will consistently go above and beyond for our clients. This is an involved, well-rounded role that will also require managing supplier accounts.

We will be offering a competitive salary based on the successful applicant’s experience. It will be a full-time position (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday) that will attract 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and is to start as soon as possible.
