Trade Counter Manager – MM3440

Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with a well – known Trade Counter business, who are a dedicated UPVC and aluminium window, door, glass, conservatory and building plastics supplier, for all home improvement needs. They are looking to recruit an experienced trade counter branch manager to manage their branch in Bolton.

The role:

• Drive sales and oversee budgets
• Motivate team to deliver great customer service and achieve great results
• Manage the day to day operations
• Pricing enquiries, processing orders, managing stock levels
• Merchandising and marketing the branch
• Maintaining the yard and dealing with logistics

The candidate:

• Proven experience in running a trade counter
• Strong product knowledge of upvc and aluminium windows and doors
• Ability to manage a team and empower them to maximise the potential of the branch
• Target driven with sales focus
• Strong relationship skills with customers and suppliers
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
